Who we are

Our research group focuses on basic and applied research into the use of electromagnetic fields in biomedicine. It consists of academic staff, PhD students and master’s and bachelor’s students at the Department of Biomedical Technology, FBME CTU.

Numerical simulation of coupled physical phenomena, design of systems for measuring complex permittivity in the microwave range, microwave diagnostics.

Heads the Bio-electromagnetism research group at the Department of Biomedical Technology, FBME CTU. The group links basic research on the interaction of electromagnetic fields with tissue to the development of clinical devices and to the spin-off company Tonagena.
